Step-by-Step Guide

Using your remote control, scroll left and highlight “Settings”, then press the “OK” button.

1. Next, scroll down to “Reload Portal” and press “OK”.
2. A message will appear asking:
   “Do you want to restart the portal?”Highlight “OK” using the directional buttons and press the “OK” button on your remote to confirm.
3. Wait for the portal to restart. After loading, you should see a black screen with yellow icons and white text showing options such as:
   • Embedded Portal
   • Saved Servers
   • System Settings

   Highlight “System Settings” and press “OK”.

4. Inside the “System Settings” menu, select “Servers” and press “OK”.
   
5. On the next screen, scroll down to “Portals” and press “OK”.
6. You will now see the “Portal Name” and “Portal URL” fields.Delete the existing Portal URL and enter the new Portal URL provided by our support agent.
   
7. After entering the new Portal URL, save the changes and reload the portal.
