Shipped Hardware & Physical Devices
All physical devices and media hardware accessories purchased directly through our platform are backed by a 30-day limited hardware warranty. This protection window ensures that your equipment arrives free of manufacturing faults and functions perfectly right out of the box.
If your equipment exhibits an unexpected hardware malfunction or fails to operate correctly upon initial delivery, please notify our team within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a complimentary hardware replacement or a full refund.
For technical difficulties that develop after the initial 30-day warranty window, our engineering team remains fully available to assist. If a device requires physical servicing and is deemed repairable, you can ship the unit to our service facility. Technical diagnostics and structural repairs are provided free of operational labor charges; the customer is simply responsible for inbound transit logistics. Once serviced, the device will be shipped back to your address.
In scenarios where a device has sustained irreparable external damage (such as severe electrical power surges, liquid exposure, or accidental drops), the standard warranty framework is voided. However, to keep you connected, we offer an out-of-warranty replacement program. A standardized hardware replacement fee of $65 applies, which covers the provisioning and prompt dispatch of an entirely new unit to your destination.
Subscriptions & Digital Services
We are committed to maintaining a stable, high-performance platform environment and optimal network uptime throughout the entire duration of your subscription term.
In the rare event that a specific digital service package experiences severe, long-term technical disruption and you have more than one month remaining on your subscription commitment, our network team will provision an alternate or upgraded equivalent service line at no additional configuration cost to protect your investment.
In the event a customer requests an additional account transfer or upgrade, please note that any further user-requested line swaps or profile changes may be subject to a nominal administrative fee, depending on processing requirements.
