All physical devices and gadgets purchased through our platform are covered by a limited 30-day warranty, ensuring confidence in your purchase.
If your device is not functioning properly upon receipt, please get in touch with us within 30 days to receive a complimentary replacement or to return it for a refund.
For issues that arise outside the warranty period, our customer support team remains available to assist. If the device is deemed repairable, you may be requested to return it for servicing. Repairs will be conducted at no cost, except for shipping the device to our facility. Once repairs are completed, the device will be promptly returned to your specified address.
If the device is determined to be irreparably damaged—for example, due to power surges or water exposure—our team will assess the situation and offer a replacement option. The current replacement cost is $65. Upon approval and receipt of payment, a replacement unit will be expedited to you.
**For Subscriptions and Services:
We stand behind the quality of our services and guarantee their functionality for the full duration of your agreed-upon term. If any service becomes non-operational with more than one month remaining on your subscription, we will provide a replacement service at no additional cost.
In rare circumstances where an account transfer or exchange is required—whether at the customer’s request or due to operational necessity—the initial transfer or exchange will be provided at no additional charge. Any subsequent transfers or exchanges will be subject to a service fee, which shall be the responsibility of the customer.
