Returns & Hardware Replacements
We offer a 30-day return window on all shipped physical devices and accessories. Our goal is to ensure you receive reliable, high-performance equipment that meets your expectations.
🛠️ Technical Issues?
If you are facing technical issues, you may qualify for a direct replacement instead of a full return. Please check our Warranty Policy first to see if your issue is covered.
If you need to return a device or request a replacement within 30 days of delivery, please make sure the hardware is securely packaged in its original box and shipped back to the original distribution address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided at this time.
Refund Framework
1. Physical Hardware & Shipped Items
Full refunds are available only if the returned device remains unused, unmodified, and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Devices showing signs of usage, configuration changes, physical wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a 20%–50% restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or accidental orders are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
2. Digital Services & Non-Physical Products
Because digital services and account access are generated immediately after purchase, digital products follow separate refund guidelines.
- 1-Month & 3-Month Plans: These plans are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once account access is issued.
- 6-Month Plans & Above: Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of activation.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours may be reviewed individually and could include partial deductions based on active usage.
- If a free trial or demo line was provided before purchase, approved refunds may include a mandatory 10% cancellation fee.
3. Processing Times & Transaction Fees
Approved refunds generally require 2–5 business days to appear back in your bank or card account, depending on your financial institution.
Before contacting your bank or payment provider, please reach out to us directly. Most setup, billing, or technical concerns are resolved within just a few hours.
Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud
We encourage customers to contact us directly before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
Accounts linked to fraudulent activity, unauthorized payments, or stolen payment methods will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate payment security networks when necessary.
