All devices purchased through our platform carry the Arabiatvhub warranty. This 30-day limited warranty ensures that your equipment arrives fully functional and free from manufacturing defects.
If your device malfunctions upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a free replacement or a full refund. If you encounter issues after the warranty period, you may ship the device to our facility for inspection. We provide repair labor free of charge; however, customers must cover the inbound shipping costs. Our team typically processes all repairs within 2 business days of receipt before we ship the unit back to you. Please note that severe accidental damage—such as liquid exposure, electrical surges, or major impact—falls outside the standard warranty. Nonetheless, these cases qualify for an out-of-warranty replacement for a flat fee of $65.
