Shipped Hardware & Physical Devices
All hardware devices purchased through our platform are covered under a 30-day limited warranty. This warranty ensures that devices are delivered in proper working condition and free from manufacturing defects under normal use.
If your device is found to be defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. After the warranty period, devices may still be submitted for inspection and repair. Repair labor is provided at no additional cost; however, customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs. Standard repair processing time is typically 2 business days upon receipt, after which the device is returned to the customer.
What is not covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse or accidents
- Liquid exposure or physical impact
- Electrical surges or improper voltage use
Such cases are not covered under standard warranty terms but may be eligible for an out-of-warranty replacement subject to a fixed fee of $65.

Subscriptions & Digital Services
We are committed to maintaining stable performance, reliable uptime, and consistent access to all subscribed digital services during the active subscription period.
In the event of a verified service failure caused by our platform resulting in a complete outage lasting more than 36 consecutive hours, eligible customers with at least one month remaining on their subscription may receive an equivalent or upgraded replacement service at no additional setup cost.
