Our TV Box Replacement Service allows you to transfer your existing non-expired account to a brand-new device without needing to send your old box back to us.

If your current TV box or receiver has stopped working while your membership is still active, this service is designed for you.

How It Works

1. Contact our support team first to confirm that your device and account are eligible for transfer.
2. Place your order and include one of the following in the checkout notes:
   • Your previous Device ID
   • Your account username
3. Send your order confirmation to our support agent.
4. We will transfer your active account to the new device and ship it directly to you.

Please note: Orders without the required account information will not be processed.

Important Information

• Your existing service must still be active and non-expired.
• This service does not include free renewals or complimentary replacements.
• You do not need to return your damaged device.
• Compatibility must be confirmed before ordering unless our support team already recommended this service to you.

Frequently Asked Question

Does having an active service include a free replacement box?

No. While we truly appreciate your loyalty and continued support, our memberships do not include complimentary hardware replacements. If your TV box, remote control, or power adapter becomes damaged or stops working, a replacement device must be purchased separately.

Likewise, owning a device does not include free service renewals. Once a membership expires, it must be renewed to continue accessing the service.
