TV BOX replacement includes a service that transfer your existing account to a new device then shipping it out

does not require sending your own box back to us

If you have a tv box or receiver that broke while still have membership left on it then this is for you .

At checkout include your previous device id or the account username in the note section

That is how we will know what account to transfer to the new unit before we ship it out

If you do not include that info, your order will not be processed.

Place the order and send confirmation to the agent

we will transfer your none expired account to to the new device and ship it out to you .

If your account is already expired, this is not for you
