   My service ran out after a year. I contacted them not knowing what was wrong with my tv. I was told my service expired and was sent a link to renew it. The link stated that it’ll take 1-24 hours to receive the code. But their support team ( contacted via WhatsApp ) was on it
   After I purchased it I sent them the order number and I was sent the activation code with instructions on how to reactivate my account again.

   Over all great service and always clear quality image.

   Honestly This company probably the best in the Arabic and International IPTV industry, I am impressed by the quality of the Picture and the HD quality channels they offer, but that is not what I am writing for..I am writing this because I am so Happy and satisfied with the customer service they offer, I am amazed the way they Helped me to solve some issues I had with my Box, The gentleman was messaging me step by step what to do, at the same time there was someone answering my emails in a short time, just to be sure that every thing was ok and I am satisfied, I will definitely advice friends and family to be in touch with this company, The best I have ever connected with.. Thank you so much for your excellent service, you guys are the best. Nothing is perfect in this world but the perfection is when we deal with people they are perfect in what they do, God Bless you all.

   Excellent IPTV subscription. I initially purchased 6 month subscription to try it out and once it expired I purchased a 2 year renewal. Very good support via whatsapp and no issues with service at all.
