At checkout, include your previous device ID or the account username in the note section.
That is how we will know what account to transfer to the new unit before we ship it out.
If you do not include that info, your order will not be processed.

How does it work?
Message our support team to confirm that your device is supported and provide all required info.
Place the order and send confirmation to the agent. We will transfer your non-expired account to the new device and ship it out to you.
If your account has already expired, this is not for you
It is important to clarify that, while we appreciate your loyalty, the answer is **NO**; we do not provide free boxes as part of our services. If your box, remote, or power adapter is damaged, you will need to purchase a new one. Additionally, please remember that if your service expires, you will need to renew it to continue enjoying our offerings.
